Great location near Southern Cross station, making it easy to access transportation options. Modern and chic rooms with all necessary utensils and equipment for cooking. Clean and comfortable apartments with a nice view of the river and city. Amazing staff who provided excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The location was fantastic, with easy access to trams and close proximity to Southern Cross Station. We could easily explore the city and visit nearby shopping spots thanks to the convenient free tram zone. The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the amazing views from our floor to ceiling windows. The hotel had great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen. it was a great value for money.
A slight noise issue from the nearby train tracks, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

This hotel is located right next to public transport in the CBD, making it easy to get to all the city sights. It's also conveniently close to Southern Cross train station, which is perfect for those arriving by bus from the airport. Additionally, it's just a short distance to the Convention Centre, so it's great for those with work commitments. The service here is excellent, with dry cleaning, laundry, and room amenities like ironing facilities and air conditioning. The staff are fantastic and even sent up some champagne for my wife's birthday. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped, with a kitchen, washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. it's a great place to stay!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Inconvenient room change but nice gestures- Ferrero Rochers and taxi. Spectacular views from 24th floor, serviced daily. Home away from home with kitchen facilities, cupboard space, and a washing machine. Amazing view of flames past the hour, fantastic customer service. Would definitely return.

It was amazing to see the Yarra River and the CBD right outside my window. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I appreciated having amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer available. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the Crowne Plaza complex and a nice pub nearby. The staff at Punthill were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
